Disappointment

Worst service ever. Still waiting for my money. Claimed on the 16th of August 2021, called them today on the 1st of September 2021, they telling me about backlog. Like that's my problem. Imagine if l did not have money to bury my sister on the 19th. What happened to 24 to 48 hours before your money is send. I'm disappointed in their service. I'm going to cancel this policy immediately after getting the money due to me.
