Disappointing complete lack of communication

I contacted Liberty Life by email on the 9th January 2018 re cancelling a policy and received an email acknowledging my email and saying it would be directed to the appropriate person. On the 17th January I sent a follow up email and have had no response whatsoever. I am disappointed.
