Disappointed With Liberty Life

Liberty life have been very unhelpful regarding my claim, I have to email and call to get feedback they promised to provide me I've called on 3 separate occasion for info they should be giving me. This has been going on for about 4 weeks now and still my claim hasn't been processed, lost count of the amount of days my claim was supposed to be sent on.. Truly disappointed with the service as it's feel like I'm now begging for my claim to be processed. Truly disappointed.
