Disappointed service

I have resigned from a company in Dec, and require the funds to be paid to my new pension fund.

As at today, my queries are not being dealt with. Ive been given the run around. Liberty also made mistakes at the same time without informing me and not being honest regarding the delays. Only when you are persisting to speak to someone senior which you are also not allowed to talk. They will then tell you what happened. In stead of them picking up the phone and phone the required people, I need to get involved in their administration. Liberty used to be one of the top companies when liaising with clients. Not any more.
