Disappointed **** Liberty

I have the policy with them for more than 10 years so every after 5 years you received the form to fill for cash back and they tell you it take from 5 working days and you receive yo cash I sent my one on the 1 of August been phoning they said still working on it and today it another story of they pay month end, From today you cant trust this people they have changed to **** people the form has information which state clearly 5 working days when you call them 100 stories If don't receive my money today i will cancelled this stupid policy lies lies very disappointed
