Disappointed at Liberty!

Liberty life is just useless! I have asked them more than once to check if my policy was cancelled or not. They said it was cancelled. This morning a debit order came off my bank account! I can not understand these people! After a year of investing they tell me that I can not touch the money I invested until 55. Which they didn’t specify before I took the policy. When I took the policy I said I wanted to retire after I have my first child. Now they inform me I can’t touch it until 55. I therefor cancelled and they are still debit me! What is so difficult to do?!
