Disappointed and disgusted

Very ****py service, I'm highly disappointed I've been paying my policy for 34 years monthly with no late payments and now that I have to claim for one of my dependenta they coming with a lot of stories first the claim the dependant I wish to claim for is not on covered by my policy. I sent them proof of my policy and the dependant I'm claiming for now they came back with they have to check with the back office and it will take to days this is unacceptable and utterly ridiculous. I would not recommend them to anybody.
