Disapoitning

I am very disappointed in Liberty regarding two pot system claim. 1st time they asked me to send documents 2nd time they asked for indemnity form again. I resend all documents and my case is closed because they did not received my documents. Liberty two pot claim system is very disappointing as somewhere they did not receive my doc while I already sent now I have to log a new claim now and wait 40 days again. This sucks big time for such a big company. They supposed to have a good system in place.
