Disapointed- Take and take and take and terrible delivery on "service"

Submitted a claim on the 1st March, It is now going on 1st of May. Apparently my husband had an early death and they need to investigate further. 2 months to investigate a supposed early death? And what is the difference between an early or late death? Does it mean late deaths Liberty will pay out quicker? When it comes time for claiming Liberty employs different delaying tactics - "Marked it as urgent" 'Escalated"; ' Early Death needs more investigating"; ' Referred for medical assessment" It has been 2 months now, I only have one salary to manage my house. My husband and I took out this cover for the bond. I don't understand why it takes so long to investigate one "early death" and why no one at Liberty even calls to let me know whats happening. Every day I have to call and see if someone there is doing something about my claim that's been under investigation for 2 months now?????
