Disability Cover 18 Months later no payout!

<p> I am not even going to say a lot because quite frankly I have typed so many emails and made so many phone calls to Liberty, that I feel they have waisted enough of my time!</p> <p> </p> <p>So easy to sell you a policy, full of promises but when it comes to doing their part. NOTHING!!!! 18 Months of waiting and always needing "oh just this one last report" Next week there is a new "last" report. No correspondance, snotty attitudes, horrible service. Bull****ters if you ask me! Excuse the language but I am out of words. I have Epilepsy and can never fly as a pilot again, the response I get from the broker is "Oh no this does not mean you cannot fly anymore because you have not lost an arm, you just maybe should decide not to fly anymore as it would be dangerous. MY WORD! I have no choice in this, it is against the law to fly with Epilepsy, which makes me disabled not by choice as my broker thinks. Shocked and disgusted.</p>
