DISABILITY CLAIM SIMPLY IGNORED BY LIBERTY LIFE !!!

Hello Peter has advised that no response has yet been published by Liberty Life. From my side, it has been amazing how liberty Life has jumped to attention over the new idea that I should claim for Terminal Illness now at this time! I have even already had a claim form!!!

An approved Disability Claim (which should have been paid around 7 years ago) and on which processing, Liberty was CLEARLY and can be proved to have been at fault, would be far and away the most beneficial way to treat this matter prior to any final settlement of Terminal Illness and/or death cover - and is exactly on which basis, risk benefits, covered by the premiums, were paid!

I am truly disappointed that they wriggle on pay-outs like this. Truly a very, very poor reflection on (what used to be) one of South Africa's most imminent institutions.
