DISABILITY CLAIM NIGHTMARE

My dad’s right hand has poor function due to arthritis in his spine and he has hypertension. We have been back and forth with the claims department for over a year now. After submitting a document that they require; They review it for 20 days and ask that you submit another document where they could have asked for all documents at once which would have sped up the process but no! as long you’re still paying them each month, they will drag your claim until you feel hopeless and on the verge of cancelling this insurance which my dad has joined since 1994!!! So far, we have sent the following to Liberty Claims dept. but for some reason it is still not enough for them. We have submitted EVERYTHING they have requested THROUGHOUT the YEAR: Medical Report from the Doctor, X-Ray Scan Report, Employers Declaration, Medically Boarded Letter, Report from the Physiothe******, Report from the Specialist which had my dad walking and driving up and down hospital in and out for these reports which was very tiring considering his age and medical history. My dad is no longer working however he still needs to pay Liberty R1200 per month to keep his insurance active. The claims department is now requesting investigative reports from the hospital and admitted that they are struggling to get these reports. So how long is this still going to be?
