DESPICABLE Destructive Service and dishonour of contractual time frame
No star rating would apply in reality... it's been 4 months since the accident, and Mozambique amputation of my husband's fingers on the 30th Dec 2017. Liberty has not paid his income protection, contractually due after a month's waiting period (jan 31st), nor his overhead expenses benefit for his 1-man-band-business. The business is crippled to the point of bouncing debit orders this month, and having to pay business related materials from personal account savings.. even today they asked for 2014 and 2015 income expenses IT3a34. What the heck has that to do with our business protection... Liberty is despicable. All incident reports were not read and understood by the 'emotionally detached' lackey medical assessor, who sent red herring requests for info that was unobtainable, and requesting the incorrect Dr to send reports from Xai Xai hospital... portugese language barrier, skeleton staff over new year weekend, x rays very definitely done, and witnessed repeated referral thereto by medic and orthopedic surgeon called in, who then disappeared; but no record thereof, no notes or records available. Liberty were given the photos of the amputated fingers, the stamped release form from the hospital in Xai Xai, with full evidence of gateway hospital plastic surgeon and OT reports of permanent damage incurred.. YET STILL 4 months later, not a cent has been paid to keep the business afloat... RUN FROM LIBERTY... as fast as u can. They are ***********, and do not read the reports. They feel ZERO after all the faithful premiums you pay... they weekdays to NOT PAY you. ********** company
