Despicable

Despite paying my premiums from 1996, and repeatedly complaining on every imaginable and beyond channel, this organization can do nothing. Liberty you realize you are wrong. You have clearly gone against your own promise, and not bothered to get back to me. Sad thing is you have to many customers to bother. I WILL not cease in doing what another customer did. Insurers have ripped of insured for too long.
