DEPLORABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

I was retrenched at the end of Nov '17, I contacted Liberty immediately with regards to my Retrenchment policy. Documents were sent to me, which I completed and submitted within a period of two days.

In Dec '17, I contacted Liberty with regards to the status of my claim, of which I was then notified that I must apply for my UIF, which I did - The UIF stopped all payments from the 15th Dec '17 - 02 Jan '18. I was requested to go back to the UIF in 17th Jan '18 of which I did. In this time I received two questionnaire's from Liberty which I was required to complete - The questionnaire's I was requested to complete were about my Psychological well being and Dental history - Which personally has absolutely NOTHING to do with Liberty processing my claim for a policy that without fail gets paid months even while being retrenched!!!

On the 24th Jan '18, I submitted the abovementioned questionnaire's and my bank statement proving that I had been paid by the UIF.

I have contacted Liberty on numerous occasions, sent emails with NO RESPONSE - Liberty seems to be notorious for not providing their clients with feedback.

The "customer service" I have received from Liberty is deplorable, I have had absolutely no peace of mind whatsoever.

I WILL MOST DEFINITELY BE SEEKING FINANCIAL ADVISE FROM AN ALTERNATE SERVICE PROVIDER IN THE NEAR FUTURE!!!!!!
