Delayed Withdrawal

I am struggling to claim my two pot. Last year I lost my job therefore I had to withdraw the provident funds. My savings pot was excluded because I was told I had already claimed in that year and will be legible again 2026 March when they reopen. I was able to do the claims via their WhatsApp channel prior when I was still employed but unfortunately this time it gives me an error that since I left the employer I can't claim on WhatsApp. I sent Liberty Group and email and I am still awaiting feedback even now.

This is the only way I know how liberty group resolve queries, even with my provident I had to undergo this straining process. Liberty Group is failing it's loyal customer and it's sad to see how they are willing to tarnish such a good brand.
