Delayed Provident Payout

I have submitted my provident claim forms with my previous employer and they have confirmed it has been submitted to Liberty. Liberty has contacted me advising payment would be processed within 10 days, it's surpassed that day. You cannot get through via telephone, their whatsapp line is non existent at this point. I am just trying to get what is owed to me!
