Delayed Processing of a Death Claim

My nephew, Mr Yolo Zuko Nyangintsimbi, tragically passed away on July 10th following a car accident whilst on duty - working for Procurement Dynamics Consulting.

Despite our having submitted all the required documents, including banking of Yolo's wife (Mpho), and all this understanding having been confirmed by the Insurance Broker (Mr Georgie Jones) on September 22nd, the payout still has not been effected.

In addition, our repeated efforts to gain clarity on the expected time-frame within which this claim could be settled drew a blank.

This morning, my attempts to raise this matter with the Divisional Director, Ms. Desray Goldman ***) drew a blank. Her executive assistant refused point blank to let me speak to Ms. Goldman.

In my view, this constitutes not only a pathetic service by the Liberty brand but a severe compromise to my nephew's family, particularly his three children and wife who survive him?
