Delayed pension fund

I have resigned from my JOB In September following an urgent relocation. The company I worked for submitted my Pension fund before the end of September. I enquired about my fund on the 28th of Nov to which the advisor Franz Fabrys only told me then they were confused about what to do with my fund. 1 whole month and nobody reached out to me. he assured me the issue would be sorted within 10 working days. 15days went by no feedback I enquired again , to which I was told that the fund was sitting in the stage of being authorised and that the payment would be released at the end of that week, which was exactly 3 weeks ago! Still no payment , no feedback. I made a formal complaint and Ayanda Cebekhulu told me the fund was waiting to be paid and that they would be expediting the claim. And nothing. On the 26th of November I have sent an email requesting immediate feedback and payment still nothing no reply! Franz has decided not to respond to my emails and Ayanda as well! This is disgusting to say the least as my claim has been submitted more than 12weeks ago!
