Delay the process as long as it takes

So 3 months ago liberty contacted a friend of mine telling her, her late mother's estate had unclaimed benefits, fine good and dandy she fills in the forms and submits them back to the tracking company that called her on behalf of liberty she submitted her documentation back to them on the 05 december 2019 and was told her payout would be processed in 30 days now she was called by the tracking company and told she needs to open a late estate account just a week before her pay out what has upset her is she constantly called liberty to find out if eveyrthing was in order and they approved then they said she needs to open a late estate account then they back tracked an said they will use her submited banking details and now she must open a late estate account which was opened after her mother passed away in 2016 now she needs to wait for another 30 days for this pay out as she has to wait to reopen the late estate account they could have told her this when they recieved her documentation and not waited a week before paying her out to tell they wont pay her unless she opens a late estate account
