Delay tactics

From 04 April 2024 I have been claiming for my wellness bonus I keep receiving this response from different consultant "The proof of status does not show the client's details on the screenshot received''. After having downloaded information from Discovery Medical aid per their instructions and Liberty acknowledged receipt. They 5 consultants keep referring me to 5 to 6 days and it has been 4 weeks. How long should I keep receiving the same lie of an excuse and unnecessary delays, despite doing my best to share the wellness report?
