Delay on Death Claim.

On the 16 of September 2021, we submitted a claim at Liberty Life offices in East London on this Policy No: *** which is a Compulsory Life Annuity for my late father in which my mother is a beneficiary. We were told that she'll be receiving monthly annuity starting from the 16 th of October 2021 but since then no commution from Liberty Life Whatsoever.
