DELAY IN PAYOUT - PROVIDENT FUND

PROVIDENT FUND PAYOUT: I left my previous employer at the end of February. I submitted withdrawal forms for my provident fund long in advance with an effective date of 1 March. As per the forms, it takes up to 10 working days for the payment to be processed. It's now been over 10 working days. I phoned Liberty earlier to check on the progress of the payment and found out it's not been submitted for payment yet and still pending, and will now take a further 10 working days for payment to be processed. This is unacceptable and it just adds to why I despise Liberty, as I've had a similar issue a few years ago. I would like some feedback ASAP as nobody seems to be bothered to answer an email.
