Delay 2 pots claim

I app**** two pot payout on the 15th of September over 30 days ago and I haven't received anything nor any communication and both their WhatsApp platform and hotline do not offer any recourse for customer to enquire progress or state of their application its just going around in circles. The claim sated that I will receive the money within 20 days. I am so disappointed with their service.
