De*****ing people, when you want you money back you need to spend more. They really don’t care about your situation

I honestly don’t think I will ever get my money back from you as I’m expected to spend before I can be assisted , at this present moment I don’t even have a cent in my name, but I’m expected to get some transport to go and make copies of my ID and print papers, get transport again to and from the police station, money to scan and send everything.So I’m expected to go to Machonisa and borrow money so that I can get my money from you, more financial problems .

My kids are going to school tomorrow I don’t even have money for bread.I guess you guys have never been this broke to a point were you wanna take your life.You have never had financial problems that makes you wanna take your life.

What hurts the most is the fact that I never took any policy with you. I never made this ups and downs to join your company, but now I’m expected to go up and down and spend money that I do not have to get my money which was taken **********ly from me.

I guess keeping my money will make you happy maybe that is how you operate. Create **** policies and get money from people cause you know they gonna give up. You can keep the money it’s okay ,maybe that’s what you wanna here from me.

Surely you will be able to give it to my family with out them having to struggle and spending. Surely something can be done to assist me but maybe cause I’m black I won’t be assisted.
