Deferred compensation cannot lapse

Deferred compensation cannot LAPSE I had two deferred compensation policies with Fedsure, created by my employer as a way of reducing tax liability. Apart from amount and start date they were identical. When I was retrenched they were of course no longer receiving contributions and were considered paid up. Liberty Life merged with Fedsure. They claim the second policy is a lapsed LIFE policy. They have ZERO Liberty paperwork with my signature on it. By law they should still have my original agreements.

Deferred compensation means just that. It cannot LAPSE.
