Deductions of unknown policies from Liberty.

I can't express how disappointed I am in Liberty. I currently have no existing policy with them but to my surprise when I got my salary slip there were two policies that deducted from my salary and I know nothing about! I'm frustrated and angry at this because the consultants say they have to investigate and that means further deductions from my salary over policies that I NEVER opened with them! I want this fixed asap ! !
