Deducting premiums after policy transferred

Liberty still deducted a RA annuity premium (for a considerable sum) one month after the policy was transferred to another service provider. That leaves me to now try and cancel the premium at the bank; and of course, the bank charges for doing so are for my account. I cannot help but think this is deliberate as "punishment" for moving an RA to another servce provider.

Which proves my point - I was absolutely correct to move it in the first place - if they can't even manage their own admin, how can they be trusted to manage my investments??
