Debit Order Refund
Liberty life over promise but never delivers. I have been debited twice and struggling to get my refund. Policy updates take over a month for system updates. Really not happy with Liberty service.

It's been back nd forth on calls and email with the Liberty call center so annoyed. I have been inconvenienced by being double charged in my premiums nd not happy at as this tarnishes my credit record. May the consultant contact me on my work no. Or my other mobile no.***. Thank you

I have been inconvenienced on my debit payments for Oct due to this double payments. Can the manager contact me and look into my policy for a refund!
