Death Claim not being paid out
My Mother passed away on15 May 2021. Liberty still has not paid out on 5 life policies (more than 2 years - the broker promised instant payment to her children and grandchildren) and does not respond to correspondence from the beneficiaries. We have even contacted Liberty Claim support, and recently the ombudsman, but alas no response so far. We supp**** all the information requested in a timely manner. This is an absolute disgrace

16 Oct 2023, 14:26Liberty Life contacted us and got the process started. We did receive some payments, but received absolutely no correspondence or documentation on which policies were paid and their final values. Again communication ceased completely.
Possibly Liberty hopes that by sending some payments, the beneficiaries will just go away.
