Death claim

We have been waiting for my Brother's Death Claim benefit Liberty life keeps feeding us lies the Trustees made their Decision 07 Dec 2017 they told me about 20 Days pending days I Checked again 02 January 2018 I was told to phone again after 5 working Days and I Did Checked again they keep saying the claim is being processed then wrote my First Review a lady by the name of Naome Ncube phoned me and Said will get back to me Within 24hrs and she never did I also recieved a call from anKgomotso or Kamgelo not sure of her name she said payment will be made by wensday latest will be friday So I phoned acain this morning was put on Hold then told that it was 20 working days and at first they never mentioned 20 working days ,Now those 20 working days have also passed I asked when will we Get payment the lady said the claim is being processed and Can't tell me when payment will be made then I told her about the lady that phoned me and gave her the no. she used to phone me then put me on hold again came back and said they dont know that person I will Email Speak out the Tv programme and ask them to intervene I have already drafted the email and will also send a Copy to Daily sun and other local Newspapers let them know about the poor service liberty offers their Clients,We cant beg Liberty life for something that is Due to us NEVER
