De-investment

Hi I'm Nangamso Sbulele Ntloko ***, I'm writing in regards with my complaint. In July 2023 i made an investment with liberty then on January 2026 when i went to to ask for the money they told me that the money will reflect on my bank account within 14 days but till today's date i have not received the money. I tried calling with no luck of getting clear explanation of what happened to then money i decided to go to their branch where I was asked to submit my bank statement and wait for five days as I was told I did so but with no luck. I called again to do the follow up but i was promised to either get the money or the Email i am still waiting for those... I am writing to you for help to get my money
