Daily Light-******* at the Hands of Liberty Group South Africa

We wrote to Liberty on 12 November because they want to increase the policy held by my mother by 100% despite the fact that she has been with them for over a decade and cannot afford an increase of that magnitude. The solution from Liberty was that failure to comply with the increment would result in her payout being cut by 50%. A clear ************ and bullying strategy after she has been with for at least 20 years. We wrote to them to justify this clear ************ and have gotten no joy from them. A group that treats pensioners like second-class citizens because they can not fight for themselves. Day-light *******, How does their own underwriting errors and miscalculations become the problem of policy holders? This policy is over 30 years old, why was this miscalculations of risk charges not rationalised over the years?
