After the death of my unts husband, we went to liberty offices in witbank opposite the hospital. We were assisted by the lady by the surname Buthelezi, the claim was for Mr Moraba, my aunts husband. Her reception was cold, she lacked warmth and empathy, she never even told how sorry they were of our loss. We then went to sa lam upstairs, we felt acknowledge and received well. The lady was cold, lacked empathy and she was outright rude when I requested a copy of the claim, were were lodging. She never asked us or talked to us during the cause of our visit, the only time she spoke to me was when she asked me to sit down at another chair away from her table. She was so rude and lacked empathy. She even missed an opportunity to sell us investments, eDucational policies. My aunts estate is worth over 4mill including the pension.. She missed the cross selling opportunities. We don't buy from rude people, people who look down on other people based on their looks, language or accent. We were assisted by someone who does not take pride in what they do, someone who did not seem to like what they are doing. To make things worse, she had her child in the office during our visit and she was unruly. She kept scolding her taking attention from us. I will never recommend liberty to anyone, including the future generations. The experience was horrible. We felt as though we were a nuisance, since the policy holder passed on, that marked the end of relationship with you guys
