Cruel service

Liberty has sent me letters that says I am not paying my policies and the company I work for does the debit and pays the money, I have even given the proof of payment and I cannot get hold of them to solve this serious matter, they do not reply to my emails, this is so traumatizing more especially during this time of too much death. Please help as soon as possible.
