Hi Liberty, As with many other Own Your Life Rewards members I was more embarrassed than angry when we were kicked out the queue for having invalid tickets. We were then sent on a wild goose chase around the stadium with no success so we ended up having to leave. Something really needs to be done about this as we all pay to be members!!
