Cover refusal
Liberty are eager to take money each month with out faulting. I want to increase my life cover from 2 million to 5 million and they refuse to do it because after loosing my 5 month old son in 2018 i was diagnosed with anxiety and depression. Now they want to refuse cover. Well you will be loosing a client soon

18 Oct 2023, 15:30Once again liberty has taken to not recognize that mental health exists.
They will not increase my life cover because of depression which i have very much under control after losing my baby boy.
Even my psychiatrist wrote that a possibility of a relapse is very very low.
