Constantly harassing me

I’ve had nothing but idiots calling me constantly for an unclaimed benefit. I have mailed the documents though roughly 2 years ago. I WhatsApped another idiot sometime after that. Unfortunately your staff are dumb *******s. I refuse to waste my time and fill them in again. Either stop calling me or pay me. I refuse to talk to another call agent as I cannot stand there scrip reading ****. Rather mail me! I will not respond if you ask me to send documents again. If you have **** staff working for you, you will get these reviews! Obviously this company is getting cheap and are employing people with no brain. The problem always starts at the top!
