Confusion reigns

I have had endless problems with my Liberty product, in the form of alleged outstanding amounts that continuously changes to a solution that a call centre team leader gave, that as per their management, is not even a solution. It seems that there is total confusion at Liberty.

I decided to email the resolution department to escalate the matter, but I never received any feedback, not even an acknowledgement of my complaint. Next step is the ombudsman, as I've tried to resolve the matter and so has my broker, but Liberty is not coming to the party.
