Confused client

All of my policies get deducted from my pay office including your company, I got a call from my advisor to ask if I check on my pay slip if my policy was paid but to my surprise no liberty does not appear. When I asked my advisor why this is happening she tells me that the company changed systems and my question again to her was, why as clients are we suffering because of that. Cause if I were to claim now I would be told I didn't pay my policy but in actual fact the company didn't deduct. Kindly advice or I will take my money to another company
