Confirmation letter needed

I have been waiting almost two weeks for a confirmation letter for my insurance. I need to put in a claim for my damaged rims as i have a seperate insurance for this and i cant do anything without a confirmation letter from liberty stating that i did not already claim for this. If something as simple as a confirmation letter takes this long , how long would an insurance claim take? The number of "technical issues" i have experienced with Liberty is shocking.
