Complaint query on unpaid claim

I can speak very loud about this financial institution which doesn't care about people calling spending so much money been put on hold only to get a run around about why they are not been paid their claim whilst all the required documents are been submitted, once you question funds they want to process and they start telling you about the matter been sent back to acturial for recalculating thereafter you will never hear anything from them blue tick even you do follow ups everyday by email. You can never with this firm unless you get yourself a good lawyer and sue the hell out of this company my is far from been over and I intend to bring every receipt I have once I escalate further this matter. I'm not done with them and not any time soon and so glad u mentioned how are calls are been recorded as I will want every single recording for a phone call made
