Complaint Educational policy
I wanted to get a payout for my child' educational policy which I paid for 19 years instead of Liberty to pay out they took me from pillar to poster....Liberty I need those funds this is affecting my child's future Reference number *** ......I called their number *** time 8:52 30 January 2023 still no assistance.first email was sent 19 January 2023 and it's the 30th I have not received the payment request after they acknowledged my email.

This is why I will never recommend Anyone to invest with you, I gave you money for 19 years and couldn't even trace my policy and then promised me a cash back without checking your systems again. I had to find the policy on my own so that you can give me the money I have been paying. You Katlego Ramaele told me I didn't have an educational policy. Do you people realize how much emotional stress you caused me and my child.Ya'll should be ashamed of yourselves.
