Complaint

My mom & I submitted our claim 2022 January for my dad's provident fund we were told payment will be done in a week, guess what it's a full year now with an extra 2 months. We have been going to their office in Pretoria Central, each time we go there their call centre is called and we r always told they will call us back with a solution. My mom has to travel from the villages, I don't understand whether this ppl fathom that it requires money and time to do this back and forth travels. At her age for that matter.
