Complaint

On Wednesday evening of 23 September 2020 around 20h00, I was involved in an accident on the N1 about 10km south of Trompsburg town in the Free State....apparently debris fell from a certain truck, as it was dark, multiple crash occured which i was also part of.

My front bumper was damaged, left mirror including a radiator...police arrived on the scene and i managed to drive home,Trompsburg,where I'm still keeping my car...SAPS OB NO. 1223/09/2020 with IR NO. ***

I tried to lodge an online claim on the 25th September but was told to wait for consultant to call me....

Today i also tried to call but was referred to ***4 which is refusing to dial from my fone...
