Complaint against liberty

I would like to report a bad service received from liberty we lodge a claim on the 21 st of June 2021 after we settle a divorce on the 1st of June 2021 and they told us it will take 60 days and that 60 days passes they did not paid my client they apologised and now after more than 120 days they are saying pension number is incorrect and want us to wait for another 60 days its approaching 6 months without them paying now client is unemployed and is waiting for her monies her name is dipuo mdakane, liberty life is of no assistance and I do not recommend them their service is poor and they do not help people .
