Complaint against Liberty

I would like other consumables to be aware of what Liberty did to me. I took a policy for my dad in 2008 and have been paying for the last 15 years only to find out that Liberty wanted to increase my premium from R3500 to about R8500 and for the same cover. I stopped paying liberty and if I paid a investment for 15 years I would have got my money back as well as interest. Liberty did not want to assist and wanted me to pay the higher premium and I even went to the ombudsman and they did not want to interfere. I requested for my money to be paid back and no response. Liberty was quick to take my money for 15 years but did not want to assist in any way. How can I pay R8500 for a cover of R****. I have not be treated fair and I am not even able to get my money back that I paid for 15 years. Liberty excuse is my dads age and I cannot determine when my dad will die. Please be aware when taking polices with liberty. The do not care to assist when there is a problem. Regards
