Complaint

No one seems to be manning the call centre/ customer service centre at Liberty Life. Have been calling *** since this past Monday end up being on hold for 20 minutes at a time. I sent an email with my query on the 1st June 2020 . Receive an automated email with a promise to contact me within 24 hours, till to date no one has called me. Very poor service
