I have app**** for a claim since December and still have not received it.. They requested documents which i have emailed and they still nothing is happening i was referred to another but shes hardly answering calls.. Sent an email but still no answer.. It now the 7th of February still nothing. I am not happy with this now.. Because i did my part as requested
