Complaint

I'm writing this review with a heavy heart. I had a problem with my bank account and I had to change the bank I didn't change it with Liberty Life and my policy lapsed. I requested from the to reinstate it and I was given an account number and an amount to pay I di axcatly that and now I was told that I deposited the money into a wrong account number. Recently they sent me an email again that my policy will not be reinstated as they didn't receive the money now I want them to request the recording for that call and listen to the agent giving me the account number
